These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Viziona application and the viziona.tv website (together, the "Service"), operated by Viziona IPTV Player LLC ("Viziona", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Viziona Is

Viziona is an IPTV player application. It plays media using playlists and provider credentials that you supply.

3. Your Account

Some features — such as syncing and managing your playlists and pairing devices — require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Access, stream, or distribute content you do not have the legal right to use;
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• Resell or redistribute the Service except under an authorized reseller agreement.

5. Third-Party Content and Providers

When you add a playlist or provider, your device communicates directly with that third-party service. Viziona has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party IPTV provider is governed by that provider's own terms and policies.

6. Payments

Where the Service is offered for a fee, the applicable pricing and payment terms are presented at the time of purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise, license fees are one-time and non-recurring. Any refund eligibility is described at the point of sale.

7. Intellectual Property

The Viziona name, logo, application, and website are the property of Viziona IPTV Player LLC and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viziona IPTV Player LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any content accessed through third-party providers, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
