Viziona is an IPTV player application, operated by Viziona IPTV Player LLC ("Viziona", "we", "us"), that lets you stream content using your own playlists and provider credentials. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle and how — both when you use Viziona on its own and when you create an account.
How your data is handled depends on whether you use an account:
You can use Viziona without signing up. In this mode, your playlists, provider credentials, favorites, and preferences are stored locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to us and never leaves your device except to reach the IPTV providers you configure.
If you create an account, we store certain data on our servers so we can offer features that a local-only app cannot: syncing your playlists across devices and pairing the app with the web via QR codes.
An account is optional. Server-side storage only applies if you choose to sign up. The local-only mode above remains available without one.
When you use an account, we store:
We do not collect viewing history, watch time, location data, advertising identifiers, or analytics/telemetry.
Data tied to your account is used for one purpose only: to provide the sync and device-pairing service you signed up for.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Account data is stored and processed using Supabase, our hosting and database provider, on servers located in the European Union. Supabase processes this data on our behalf to operate the service.
We keep account data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time:
Temporary pairing codes are deleted automatically when they expire or are used.
Viziona is a media player and does not provide any IPTV content. When you add a playlist or provider, your device communicates directly with that third-party service. Those providers have their own privacy policies, and Viziona has no visibility into or control over the data they collect.
We strongly recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any IPTV provider you use.
Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's own security; we recommend using a device passcode and keeping your operating system updated.
For account data — including the playlist credentials you save — we rely on our hosting provider's encryption in transit and at rest, and access is restricted so that each account can reach only its own data. Because playlist credentials are stored on our servers to enable sync, we recommend you only save playlists from providers you trust, and that you remove playlists you no longer use.
Viziona is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of Viziona after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
